  2. TLS listens on port 6379, client certificates are required, and the plaintext listener is disabled.
  3. Provide writable /data storage for UID/GID 1654:1654; append-only persistence is enabled.
  4. The supplied configuration sets maxmemory to 256mb with the noeviction policy.
