  2. The supplied configuration listens on port 8080 and serves a tier-specific health document at /healthz.
  3. Provide writable /tmp storage for the PID and temporary request files.
  4. Runs as UID/GID 1654:1654; the Hardened configuration permits GET and HEAD for site content.
